Check availability and make a booking
To check availability simply hover the cursor over the date(s) you are interested in booking. Any hourly slots that the appear in RED are already booked and therefore not available. Hourly slots that appear in GREEN are currently available.
Our competitive weekend Wedding Package gives you exclusive use of the entire community hall complex, (both halls and both sets of toilets; the lobby; central kitchen with serving hatches; adjacent bar and field) from 1pm on the Friday through to 1pm on the Sunday.
This package is extremely popular and we would advise early booking. The hall has a set of rectangular tables and chairs available for use at no extra charge. The music licence expires at midnight.
Alcohol may be served if the hirer provides all the alcoholic drinks free of charge to their guests. Should you require a pay-bar this is subject to the hirer obtaining (in advance of the event taking place) the necessary Temporary Event Licence, more accurately known in the UK as a Temporary Event Notice (TEN).

The stage area within the Large Hall can be extended to accommodate a band or disco. Contact us if your wedding doesn’t fall over a weekend as we may be able to accommodate a different 48-hour period for you, subject to availability. Click on the Wedding Package tab for more information.
Booking Instructions
- For fuller instructions go to our HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING page
- You have to be over 21 to make a booking
- Start by entering your desired day and select the time period
- The price is then automatically reflected in the RESERVATION tab
- As we use the 24-hour clock please now double-check that you have booked the correct date and times you require
- Next see in EXTRAS if you qualify for a discount and, if so, select the appropriate option
- Now complete all the CONTACT INFORMATION fields
- When finished click the orange BOOK NOW button
- You will then be directed to the online Payments page
- When payment has been made you will be redirected automatically to the ‘Thank You’ page on our website and you will receive an email from us detailing your provisional booking request
- Please be aware that your booking remains provisional until you have received a further email from us confirming your booking
- If approved, the relevant calendar will update showing the day(s) you selected as ‘Booked’
