Check availability and make a booking
To check availability simply hover the cursor over the date(s) you are interested in booking. Any hourly slots that the appear in RED are already booked and therefore not available. Hourly slots that appear in GREEN are currently available.
If you are attending an event at the Hall, there is, subject to availability, space for caravan, motorhome and/or tent pitches to be booked at any one time in this beautiful location. Access to the camping field (or the overflow car park if preferred) are both through securely locked gates on site. Please note we are not a registered camp site. Although you are welcome to use fresh water from the external mains tap to top up your water supplies, and you may use the Hall’s hand wash basins and toilet facilities, there are no showers, electric hook ups or waste disposal points on site.
We do not offer overnight camping pitches unless you are attending a booked event at the Hall. A condition of booking an overnight pitch is that the hirer must take away all their rubbish and, if you have them, clean up after your dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead all times and may not be taken inside the building for any reason.
Booking Instructions

- You have to be over 21 to make a booking
- Start by entering your desired day and select the time period
- The price is then automatically reflected in the RESERVATION tab
- As we use the 24-hour clock please now double-check that you have booked the correct date and times you require
- Next see in EXTRAS if you qualify for a discount and, if so, select the appropriate option
- Now complete all the CONTACT INFORMATION fields
- When finished click the orange BOOK NOW button
- You will then be directed to the online Payments page
- When payment has been made you will be redirected automatically to the ‘Thank You’ page on our website and you will receive an email from us detailing your provisional booking request
- Please be aware that your booking remains provisional until you have received a further email from us confirming your booking
- If approved, the relevant calendar will update showing the day(s) you selected as ‘Booked’
