Both Halls
Check availability and make a booking
To check availability simply hover the cursor over the date(s) you are interested in booking. Any hourly slots that the appear in RED are already booked and therefore not available. Hourly slots that appear in GREEN are currently available.
The Large and Small Halls may be hired together, which is ideal for larger gatherings; when hired together they can accommodate up to 310 people. The folding doors between the two halls give greater flexibility to create separate and distinct areas for the different activities that may be taking place at your event, for example, eating and dancing. You get exclusive use of the whole building and its facilities for the duration of your hire. The use of the adjacent field, however, is not included – if you wish to include the use of the field this must be booked separately. Hiring both halls together is cheaper than hiring the small and large halls separately and gives you access to one of the largest village halls of its type within the county.
Booking Instructions

- You have to be over 21 to make a booking
- Start by entering your desired day and select the time period
- The price is then automatically reflected in the RESERVATION tab
- As we use the 24-hour clock please now double-check that you have booked the correct date and times you require
- Next see in EXTRAS if you qualify for a discount and, if so, select the appropriate option
- Now complete all the CONTACT INFORMATION fields
- When finished click the orange BOOK NOW button
- You will then be directed to the online Payments page
- When payment has been made you will be redirected automatically to the ‘Thank You’ page on our website and you will receive an email from us detailing your provisional booking request
- Please be aware that your booking remains provisional until you have received a further email from us confirming your booking
- If approved, the relevant calendar will update showing the day(s) you selected as ‘Booked’
